The students of the Lycée des Métiers Sainte-Croix-Saint-Euverte participated in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus program, on Friday 13 October 2017. Throughout France, and in other European countries, the 13 and 14 October 2017 offered the opportunity to show all that the Erasmus + program brings to the European citizens, and a privileged moment to testify to the deep attachment of the whole European community towards this program of great renown, like the humanist of the same name, Erasmus.
This day highlighted the Erasmus + projects taking place in our school, centered around professional mobility (internship) in Europe and strategic partnerships with other European countries. The students had the opportunity to travel in Europe through games, interactive maps, exhibitions, questionnaires, in order to learn more about the European Union.
Other groups of students participated in painting workshops to create panels to present the European schools partners of the project “Sharing the world: disability and displacement”. They created maps in English and Spanish, or posters to present the rights of European citizens. The students also chose their class delegates, a very important moment for them and an opportunity to talk about their rights and responsibilities. A beautiful day, with educational and fun activities that took place in a good mood.
