International Erasmus+ KA2 Strategical partnership’s project “Sharing the world: disability and displacement” Transnational Meeting
From October 22nd to October 26th in Portugal took its place the first Latvian, French, Portuguese, Slovak, Roman and Slovenian partnership countries’ project meeting. Russian Lyceum’s teachers Ludmila Lastovka and Eleonora Nedvede visited secondary school Agrupamento de Escolas de Arrifana in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.
Portuguese partners carefully planned partnership countries’ visit. On the first working day school’s students welcomed project members with gifts and performances. During the meeting everyone had an opportunity to introduce their insitution and present their country’s educational system to others. Our teachers presented handmade gifts – bookmarks to the project members, too. The bookmarks were made by 4th graders with teacher N.Izulena’s help. We want to say thank you to the students and the teachers for the great work they had made.
During the visit Ludmila Lastovka and Eleonora Nedvede visited several educational institutions for children with limited health capacities and Educational and Rehabilitation centre CERCIFEIRA which gives social support to people with disabilities. A great possibility to socialize in a society was given to them – people work and join different community activities.
Teachers actively participated in project discussions and planning.
During mobility time teachers had an opportunity to get to know Portuguese culture and traditions better and visit its historical centre in Porto town.
On a trip teachers received positive emotions, new ideas for a project realization and also became friends with pedagogues from the other countries- participants.
